Mel has great coaching skills which she has used to help me clarify issues throughout the year and meet the challenges of a tough year with strength and clarity. Mel is very understanding without necessarily being sympathetic, she does however, show good empathy whatever the situation. Mel asks great and challenging questions in order to get a full picture and to redirect thinking.
