Mel is driven to make our school as successful as it can be and is always willing to go that extra mile to ensure that we stand the best chances possible. As a Coach she is strong and supportive, asking awkward questions and challenging me to challenge myself. She has been key to my progression as a Manager, allowing me to discover that my style needn’t change but my attitude towards my management style needs to be adjusted. I.e, it is ok to be nice about things as long as people are being held to account and achieving for themselves.
